Start together.
Forever uses rulesets instead of a traditional realm list. Normal, PvP and Roleplaying launch first; Hardcore follows later. Groups must share a ruleset and faction. Character names have two parts and are unique within a region.
Before picking a character, agree on region, faction, ruleset and a realistic play schedule. Black Sun has not committed everyone to one faction or ruleset.

Still to decide: region, ruleset, faction. Match these with your group before launch. Hardcore is planned for after launch.

Launch event and opt-in interest
Open the saved launch event and choose Interested. Discord owns the current schedule and your event interest; check there for changes. This is a release reminder, not a guild place or a guaranteed group.
A shared launch roster
Member-owned availability and group sign-ups, with region, ruleset and faction visible on every group. Your personal draft above is not yet a shared roster. Guild leadership and raid commitments stay human decisions.
Battle.net character and guild connections
Forever-specific API support has not been verified. We will not assume Retail or Classic endpoints work. Account linking and read-only character or guild sync come only after official documentation and real tests; manual member input remains the fallback.
Keep the official sources close.
Beta access began September 17. Launch access is included with a subscription or game time; beta access and optional upgrades have separate conditions. Check Blizzard before buying anything.
